Group Boxing/fitness classes
Group boxing classes are dynamic and high-energy sessions that combine the fundamentals of boxing with a full-body workout.
Classes alternates between boxing drills and HIIT exercises.
Boxing drills focus on fundamental techniques such as punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts), defensive movements, footwork drills, and combinations. Participants may be given mitt work, on punching bags, or through shadowboxing exercises, and are all aimed toward improving coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.
HIIT exercises can include bodyweight movements like squats, lunges, burpees, and mountain climbers, as well as plyometric exercises such as jump squats or high knees.
